To celebrate the grand opening of its brand new lingerie department, Goods of High Street, Kilkenny are teaming up with KCLR96fm to make one lucky listener our VIP for the day.
- Our VIP gets to cut the ribbon at the big opening on Saturday 24th April.
- The day starts with a limo from Lez's Limos from home to the store accompanied, of course, by our VIP’s best friend.
- There’s a fantastic make-over from Goods
- Your hair will be done by Toni & Guy.
- We’ll break for a champagne lunch for two at Stathams Bar & Grill followed by the Official Opening back at the store.
- And as if that’s not enough, we’re adding in €500 to spend in store with a personal shopper to help make the big decisions.
It’s a VIP day with a VIP prize that’s worth the best part of a thousand euro.
We’re looking for you to nominate someone as an Unsung Hero, someone who has made a fantastic contribution to people’s lives, but has yet to be recognised.
It could be your mum, your sister, your auntie, your granny, your daughter, your best friend, a work colleague or just someone you know well..
Goods and KCLR96fm want to recognise their contribution and make that person our VIP for the day, our Unsung Hero.
Each day, from Monday 19th to Friday 23rd, Edwina Grace will pick two candidates at
random and chat to them live on-air between five and six. At the end of the week, one of the ten will become our Unsung Hero and our VIP, with a fantastic day out for themselves and their best friend.
There’s just one stipulation, the person has to be available all day on Saturday 24th April.

Lingerie at Goods official opening will take place from Thursday 22 – Saturday 24th April, with a host of celebratory activities including fashion shows and unbeatable promotions for customers to enjoy. A fundraising drive by Goods for Action Breast Cancer will also be taking place in-store throughout the opening festivities.
